My original plan was to pull an all nighter and then get our transfer to the coach and sleep on that throughout the day, this fell through about an hour before the transfer as I must have dozed off, luckily my ever trusty companion assured me he had set an alarm, this appeared not to be the case as by some miracle I awoke at 4:35 (transfer pickup at 4:40) to find Jed playing a game on his iPhone oblivious to the fact we're about to miss our transfer pickup, I might also add at this point into original plan I was gonna pack at roughly 4am, so I'm not packed either... I literally cram everything into my backpack in 2 mins and through everything else important in my rucksack and run to reception where about 15 seconds later the minibus turns up, safe to say bricks were shat.
We spent all day on the coach from Siem Reap (Cambodia) to Patze (Laos) due to the poor weather recently the road were in bad shape so took us an additional couple of hours to get here which wasn't ideal, but at least we've arrived! We will go exploring tomorrow once recharged!
