SO as we enjoyed the last one so much we decided to do another farmstay. This one was on a dairy farm of about 200 cows. We stayed with a family, mummy helen, daddy micheal and anya and paul......all really lovely. Our main job was helping on the farm doing farm chores.....milking, hosing, fencing, dipping etc. All such fun and a great experience. Hard work though.....well compared too what we are used too. Pete did other things too around the farm like tractor work and rounding the herds in using the motor bike. Quite funny to watch believe me. Pete going one way and the cows the other. HAHAHAHA. I did other things too including cooking, baking and cleaning. I also went into the kids local school for the day to help. The farmstay was again a brillant experience. It was in the middle of nowhere but really beautiful being surrounded by farmland......we were once again sad to leave.
