To be honest we didnt have much feeling about the west coast before we got here. After we left Queenstown and w***a we were feeling abit bummed as it felt like we were on our way back if you like....the return journey. When we got to the glaciers however our mood soon changed. WOW. The last week etc has been amazing. Queenstown and w***a are every bit that we dreamt them to be. Probably our fav place so far. As you know Queenstown is the adventure capital so we had to do try something new here. We wanted to Ski but the ski fields werent quite ready. So we went white water rafting.........god i was so scared but it was brillant. What a rush! We also went up too the sky line and rode the lunge, gondola and ski lift. Good times. As ...

So we are back on the raod again after our second farmstay. First stop Te anau and milford sound....amust see in NZ. We were really impressed with Te Anau......we thought it may be a nothing town, just the gateway to milford but no. SO as we enjoyed the last one so much we decided to do another farmstay. This one was on a dairy farm of about 200 cows. We stayed with a family, mummy helen, daddy micheal and anya and paul......all really lovely. Our main job was helping on the farm doing farm chores.....milking, hosing, fencing, dipping etc. All such fun and a great experience. Hard work though.....well compared too what we are used too.
