Back in cairo...

We after our long journey we managed to get a few hours sleep and got off the train at cairo station with no problems. We even managed to get a taxi from there to the museum near where we was staying, with no problems or scams. We got into the hostel and the guy checked us in, even gave us discount for the room because we had been here before. I highly recommend the juliana hotel, it was strange before but having stayed elsewhere i can see why this is rated so highly.

We lazed around that day by tea time we felt like going out so we wandered to a shopping centre and managed to get some t-shirts, i bought one sporting a camel on and copey got some greenpeace come freedom fighter t-shirts. We wandered back to the hostel to get ready for tea. We ended up eating at the lebenese restaurent again, we both had mixed grills which turned out to be a mixture of kebab cubed meat, it was actually really good. We paid out £140. Egp each about £17 and headed to find some beers. As egypt is mainly muslim it took us a while to find a shop that sold any. When we did we bought two cans of sakara gold and hit the sack watching one hour photo, copey had never seen it before but i thought it was strange.
