It's bye bye to Vietnam as we get our bus from Vietnam to Canbodia. We decided to go across land with a company that we heard were good and of course it's cheaper to do it this way. We got the journey for €8 and it takes out the confusion and it means we get some hand holding.
We drove to the Vietnam border where our passports were taken of us and we were stamped out of the country and called to pass through. We then got back on the bus for two minutes and got back out of the bus at the Canbodia border. Our tour guide who has little English disappeared with our passports to organise the paperwork and it has to be said there where a few people.. Not to mention anyone in particular who were getting a little anxious because he was taking a little longer than thought and our bus had pulled out of sight.
All is well though because we are now in and for the moment the king hasn't caused any bother to our plans. RIP and all that!!
It's nearly 4pm and we are finally arriving into Phnom Penh just one hour over what we were told. I haven't exactly seen an awful lot of Cambodia yet but I'm sure there will be plenty of stories to be told. Xxx
