hey everyone happy crimbo for tomorra! had my crimbo party from work on thurs. we had a cruise round the harbour which was awesome! we got on our own lil private boat at balmain wharf at 12. n we had a sail round the harbour, first to darling harbour then under the bridge, around to the opera house and then round towards rose bay. we stopped to have lunch on Clark island. where we had a buffet lunch of seafood, chicken n salads n stuff. then we all had a game of cricket on the island. the boat was run by aboriginals. n one of the guys got all glammed up with his paint on n sat n played the digderedo whch was really cool. n no jokes about me playing it, apparantly woman arent allowed to play it.

i had my first run in with a deadly spider. having been drinking like a fish i was bursting for the loo. this tiny lil island has a few toilets on it built into the hill. i ran in and sat down n looked at the door. n there was the biggest f***in spider ive ever seen. it was like a tarantula, big black body, hairy with long hairy legs. bout the size of my hand. i have never pee'd so fast in all my life. when i got back to the rest of them and described it, they said it musta been a funnel web. one of the most dangerous spiders there are. thankfully i managed to get out without disrupting it. so then we got back on the boat n finished our sail. we got off the boat at darling harobur n went to this really nice bar. then had dinner in this seafood place, where i tried oysters for the first time. euh! anyways it was a great day, the sun was shining and i got a little sunburnt. i also got 500 bucks n an mp3 player from them as a crimbo present so cant complain.

am spending crimbo with some family. cant beleive its christmas n its sunny. its weird. went last night to see some crazy people who have done up their houses like santa grottos. one actually had a santa outside giving out lollipops. ill put on my photos n you can see just how mad they are!

im off work til 8th jan so im spending most of the holidays at the beach n i can finally get a suntan. better go. will speak to you all later. have a great time. miss you all.
