Day 12

Broome

Short 2 hour drive from Derby and arrived at the Indian Ocean...with a sea breeze too...not that it's much cooler. Found another nice motel/resort at Cable Beach. Staying for a couple of days to recharge and recover.

Off on safari...Camel Safari that is! 1m hour sunset journey along the beach. Our camel was called Cairo...very well mannered but not too keen on staying in line. Don't know how you could sit on one of these things for days on end though.

Great to have some cooler temperatures.
