Are we there yet?
Day 22
Augusta to Albany
Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse at the most south-western point marks where the Indian and Great Southern oceans meet.
Off along the coast and more national parks with the huge Karri forests:
- Beedleup and the Beedelup Falls
- Warren and the first of the fire-lookout trees - didn't climb Bicentennial tree as there was a large group already half-way up it.
- D'Entrecasteaux on the coast with great cliff-top views
- Shannon and the Boorara tree
Then a bit of off-roading when we took a wrong turn and spent and hour getting out of the forest on a (luckily well maintained) dirt road. As usual, things we wanted to do (tree-top walk, caves) were shut (everything seems to close at 4:30), so drove straight on to Albany.
