Today we walked to the Botanic Gardens - it was hot!! It wasn't as big as we thought it would be but were pleased to see some shade. We did the Rainforest Boardwalk and saw the lake, which wasn't that impressive.

We walked to the other side of town to check out the marina (where we are getting the boat for our reef tour on Monday). This was really nice and reminded us of Ocean Village.

We had some lunch at a nice little cafe. We then sat on the grass over looking the sea for a couple of hours - a very relaxing afternoon after all that walking!!

We are back at the hostel now making full use of the free internet. We have an early start tomorrow morning, we are going to Cape Tribulation for a couple of days so won't be on the blog tomorrow.
