Day 267, 28 March 2013, Whistler, B.C. Pictured is the Peak to Peak Gondola with Blackcomb Mountain in the distance. The freezing level was 800 m yesterday - almost down at Whistler Village. Today it was 2200 m - essentially the top of Whistler Peak. What a difference a day makes. Day 266, 27 March 2013, Whistler, B.C. Back up zee mountain this morning. Spring skiing today indeed. Good to be back on the slopes but incredibly hard underfoot today - like skiing on squillions of hard white marbles in places - woo hoo! Day 264, 25 March 2013, Whistler, B.C. There must be a law that if one is going to take a tumble on a mountain, even after no tumbles in 5 days of skiing last week, there will be witnesses.
