We left Ashburton and headed for Wanaka. On route we stopped at Lake Tekapo for a coffee break and a look at the Church which stands by the lake (see photo). On arrival in Wanaka we parked by the lake and had some lunch. Then we hired some aqua bikes and pedalled about on the lake, Andrew had his own and kept crashing into Mum and me. Then we drove to an activity centre so Andrew could try clay pidgeon shooting. Not wanting to be left out, I decided to give it a go aswell. I was the first to hit one of my tragets, on only my second shot but Andrew won overall hitting 2 more targets than me. We then all played a game of crazy golf which Mum won (so much for the Boy being the big golfer, haha). We had dinner in a bar/cafe and I got to watch some rugby on the tv before heading to our hostel for bed.
