Sunday So Saturday night got more interesting where we left off. The gang from the hostel were partying in their caravan, so the hostel cat came and sought refuge in our room. He snuggled on the bed with us all evening. He is the nicest cat with the silkiest fur and is pretty huge. He mainly laid on Hannah's legs. Friday Today Hannah was totally wiped out as a result of constantly not sleeping. As such, we laid about, Hannah slept most of the day, and then we had turkey burgers with stilton and apple for dinner - yum. On the plus side, this day of outright laziness did mean Nik could rest his leg and had chance to read the whole manual for the new camera. Wednesday Today was Bad Luck Day. It was one of those days where everything decided to go wrong. First off, it was absolutely freezing. Our activity was going to explore getting a tattoo so we went up to Vic Market Tattoos. Unfortunately, the shop was shut when we got there. So we had to kill some time. Tuesday Today we popped down to St Kilda for a stroll along the beach. It was freezing!! There wasn't much to see in the absence of the sun, but we saw some good cakes and walked along the pier. We tried to see water rats and penguins but there were none out. Monday Today we began by getting a tram to Kings Domain, a nice park just south of Federation Square, which we saw on our bus tour already but wanted to get back and see on a sunny day.
