Today we explored San Antonio, we had a look around the Alamo which was originally used as a military based and named after one of the military groups. It was later used as a hospital, a general store and again as a military base. It was almost knocked down but 2 sisters bought it who were later reinstated by the local council after they realised that it was a heritage site. Today we headed to San Antonio, Texas. After a fairly long drive we arrived at a much nicer campsite that the night before! No raccoons! After setting up we jumped in the pool which was lovely! That evening we walked around San Antonio which is a nice place but fairly touristy! We went for dinner at a restaurant called Dick's last resort.
