On the 29th August we spent the day in Washington, D.C. We visited the Whitehouse, gave Obama a quick wave, was a little surprised that he didnt invite us in for a cup of tea, but I guess he has a fairly busy schedule! After this Fliss and I headed to the Capitol building and had a tour around it which was really good. This is the building were legislations are made, it was a beautiful building! Especially the library! We then went and found the Lincoln memorial which was pritty cool to see! This evening we went in the pool at the campsite and chilled out by our campfire :)

Today we have an epic 500 mile drive to our next campsite, heading through Texas which is pritty cool to see! :)
