The gym was the first port of call for today. We were still trying to keep up the fitness we had found in Melbourne and a free gym was too good a chance to pass up. Today the weather was poor when we woke so we started the day in the gym. After that we decide to take part in one of the free activities provided, river Kayaking. The river ran down one side of the resort and inland. We met the instructor Nathan who gave us life jackets and paddles and we headed down to the jetty. We left mama’s early in an excited mood as we were off to the airport, for the first time not to get on a plane but to pick up Shaun (a friend from the UK).
