From One of our days off from work, in exchange for a little function we had to do for the boss he took us to Cape Tribulation which is where Captain Cook wrecked his boat on the outer reef there!! Its bascially where the rainforest meets the sea!! Its quite a cool little peninsula!! We worked on a function there serving drinks to some ridiculously rich spanish people!! They had a stream down at the function which had about 4 tortoises living in!! and they we eagar to check us out as (Nick) found out he nearly lost his hand after the little thing nearly munched it off!! Cape Trib is in the daintree rainforest which is apparently the oldest rainforest in the world!! Its quite cool as they have huge crocs all over the place there so you really gotta watch it near the waters edge!!
