Hey guys! So I have been having a chilled out week here at Coogee beach. My job fell through, it turned out that the company had been less than accurate in the wages offered and the job description, so I thought I had better move on! So instead of working I have been chilling at at the beach and exploring Sydney. I have been doing a lot of coastal walking, the scenery here is just quite simply fantastic! The weather has been pretty off though, lots of rain and cloud. This morning on the other hand was beautiful, so I spent it with my room mates on the beach. We played beach football and volleyball, but best of all was the body boarding. The hostel I am staying in provides the boards free of charge as long if you hand in your passport, so we all did that. The waves were 5 or 6 feet high and were powerful enough to propel us all the way on to the beach. We were there for a few hours before the weather turned for the worst again, so I made my way into Coogee town to do a few bits and pieces, includiong opening an Ozzie bank account so that when I get a job I can get paid! It was really easy so there was no trouble there, but unlike England you have to pay a monthly charge for EVERY account you have in Australia, so I just chose the cheapest one!

Tonight it sounds like the whole hostel is going on a pub crawl, but as I am trying to save cash until I find a job I think I will just stay in and play cards. Anyway, I had better go, my time on the computer is running out, but I will update next week when I move into my house that has wireless, yay!!
