Gday from Townsville. Well, we have been here quite a while now and we absolutely love it. It makes such a difference actually living somewhere for a while, and not travelling around, because you get to know the area and the locals and do and see things that you would normally miss when you just pass through. Townsville has so much to offer, from the Strand, to the Billabong, to the beautiful Magnetic Island! I think its something to do with the weather, but everyone seems happier here! Everyone you meet in a shop or anywhere always chat to you and want to know all about you! Well, we havent done much over the past week as i have had tonsilitus, but we have been to a black and white party, into town several times and met lots of people. Also done quite a lot of shopping! There are so many shopping centres! Violet the van now has a pink ceiling, pink curtains, and a pink mosquito net! Such a girly van now, and i think we may have increased the potential selling price, fingers crossed! xxxx
