Ok so today my Swedish mates left to go and work on a sheep farm (lucky them!) Two Swedish guys have moved in this morning (Byron is full of Swedes) Marcus and Oscar from Gothenburg. They'd had a heavy night so I left them in the dorm sleeping. I used the free internet at Wicked Travel and then walked up to Cape Byron. I found a walking trail that took me to the beach. I walked up on to a craggy rock called "The Pass" and watched surfers-it looks like so much fun but it cost loads to learn. I walked uphill for a good 30 minutes and found the lighthouse. I walked to the most Easternly point of Australia. I walked back to the hostel and met the Swedish guys, we went to the bottle shop (offie) and bought some goon. We then went to the hostel lounge and chatted to some Canadians (one guy boasted his family are from Coatbridge- I don't think he realised how bad a place it is!) We go the bus to Cheeky Monkeys and then had a great time dancing on the tables!
