so another month over...i just dont know where the time goes?and in one week mum and dad will be here...and i cant wait. it still feels almost that its not happening, maybe even a little surreal still. i cant belive that in a week i will have seen them!tres excited!

so the last lot of photos were from the BIG DAY OUT festival which is a music festival. went with a guy i know from fruit picking up in bowen.had such a good day. was down the front in the mosh pit for arctic monkeys...brilliant. really hot day but so so good day. i want to do it all over again!!

went to a bbq last sat night then on sunday night out with the guys from work for a korean bbq which was good. monday was australia day. so went to a friends for a bbq then had one later when i got home.very good weekend but very tired and consumed enough alcohol to sink a ship!!

went over to the coogee beach yesterday with tara, donna's sister and met up with some friends from Bowen. had a good swim (well playing in the waves really. we went out for lunch and had a few more beers. another good day....

staying in tonight...i need to relax and chill out in front of the tv as not stayed in for over 2 weeks now. so its the couch, tv and a glass of wine for me thid evening when i have been for a run. tomorrow i am heading back over to coogeeto see a friend in a band then prob hit the town after. day off on monday so that will be chores day!! how exciting!!

weather has been great...got up to 42deg last saturday but thankfuly its not been that hot since. its about 28-32 most days which is hot enough. melbourne is suffering the heat with 40deg for 4 days in a row!! even worse over in adelaide.
