After the crocodiles, we drove back to PD and dropped T at the chemist and then we went back to the apartment. D and I went to Coles to buy lunch and groceries.
Last time we were at PD we saw a painting in an art gallery that has haunted us ever since with a sense of regret for not buying it. We went to look on the off chance; while there was something similar it didn't do it for either of us.
After lunch and a relax we went across the road to Four Mile Beach and swum within the net in the sea (29°c!).
I could have swum for hours with the sea lifting me gently and then releasing me to the sand.
Dinner involved another walk the length of Macrossan street to Sassi cucina e bar. I had a delicious aged angus eye fillet; d had young goat; S had saltimbocca; T had red emperor risotto and O had spaghetti Bol
