There's a new restaurant in town, and the consensus is it's good! The full car park last Tuesday was not a fluke. It was a sign!

We went mid-afternoon, around 3pm and had a feast. Warm tortilla chips and dips, with excellent guacamole on the side, followed by vegetable fajitas for me. All fresh and sizzling. Carol was embarrassed her Tex-Mex off spring ordered their cheese burrito with a side of mac & cheese, plus fries. They seemed happy though! So that's the main thing. Both David and Carol said it's the best Mexican food they've eaten in a long time! The hushed silence around our table as we stuffed ourselves with spicy delights said everything!

We then headed to Santaland, a drive-through Christmas light show, which takes around 30 minutes to drive around. There's even a radio station to tune into, that plays upbeat Christmasy tunes in time with the flashing light displays. Hot chocolate at the gift store afterwards rounded things off nicely.
