After a fun evening of delicious food and sightseeing in Niagara Falls last night, Bryan kindly showed me Battlefield House, a famous historic site here in Canada where the Canadians fought and won a battle for their country.

We also visited his office, the Active Body Clinic, where they do great work with physio and chiropractic services. Natascha then took over and drove me to a mall at Burlington, where I visited every shoe store in search of boots! Luckily I found some.. I hope they don't hurt as they need to get me around America, as my 3rd pair in 3 weeks have broken. I don't fancy wearing flip flops in the snow!

I'm due to visit Niagara by the lake this afternoon and then catch my next train out of Buffalo NY to Chicago over night.
