All fuelled up from the mega-latte we headed over Skyway Bridge with great views (despite rain) of Hamilton's steelworks and skyline across the water. John was the best tour guide in-town. He kindly drove me all around Hamilton showing me the sites, suburbs and giving a flavour of the city. The view from the top of the escarpment was great, but too chilly to hang around. Downtown some streets were closed off for Remembrance Sunday. We caught a glimpse of the parade preparing itself.
