John was the best tour guide in-town. He kindly drove me all around Hamilton showing me the sites, suburbs and giving a flavour of the city. The view from the top of the escarpment was great, but too chilly to hang around. Downtown some streets were closed off for Remembrance Sunday. We caught a glimpse of the parade preparing itself. We skirted around, heading for the harbour, where the wind was whipping up the waves! (sideways photo).

Our medium-size coffee at William's Fresh Cafe was mega! Even John commented 'if this is medium, then large must be massive'. My vat of latte with cinnamon sprinkled over was delicious, and I must confess I drank every last drop!
