Had very little sleep thanks to noisy room mates so early start very difficult. Ended up waking Mal and Phil as still sleeping at 7 30! Slow morning today. Went with Mal to the Historich Museum. Managed to get lost on the way there and once there was a really confusing museum. Showed Amsterdam's interesting history. In an attempt to look cultured I loitered and attempted to appreciate the paintings. very impressive but still not my thing! Bus wasn't until 1 in Brugges so spent the morning at the shops and bibbling in the town. Finished off the big 3 Belgian delicacies - chocolate, beer and waffles - it'd be rude not to!
