It was a beautiful day in the sun! We went to the Palacio Real de Madrid and realised with the amount of people lining up outside and guards on horses, that it was the changing of the guard which we stayed to watch. Given we were sitting on the Cathedral steps, we went into the Museo de la Catedral de la Almudena and got 360 views of Madrid as well as seeing its beauty inside. Once the crowd left we visited inside the palace, it's a shame we couldn't take photos of how stunning it was! Our last day in Madrid was so nice, time for bed before moving on tomorrow.
