Another morning of travel before arriving in Paris! Wow what a busy place. We had siesta in the afternoon then joined the group for the cruise along the Seine, to view many of Paris' attractions including the lovely Eiffel Tower. Took some photos at the Arc de Triomphe which was cool, the traffic on that roundabout was madness! We walked the famous Champs Élysées, 'the' street of Paris. The Eiffel Tower was pretty spectacular at night with its sparkling lights. A negative was being on a local bus in 35 degree heat, along with 50 people with no air-conditioning. A little hard to take given we were both sick. Oh well. We got back to the hotel after 11pm, given we had more of Paris to see the next day, it was going to be a busy one.
