I woke up and waited until sara got to koh phi phi and to find a place to stay. Daniel had planned to go to the beach so left before me. She messaged me at around 13:30 to tell me where she was staying, a place called "the rock backpackers". I asked the man at reception where it was and he said it was only three minutes away which is good as it's so easy to get lost around koh phi phi as there's no structure to the roads and they all look the same. Before i left to see sara i went to the small shop nearby to buy cigarettes and stroke the cute really fluffy black cat thats always sleeping next to the fridge.

I left shortly after to walk to find where Sara and her friends are staying and it was literally a two minute walk straight down the road. I could spot it from a mile off as there's a big boat structure outside. She came down to meet me and we headed up to her room where i met her friends Alex and Jenny. They were all pretty hungover so we shortly went to the restaurant of their guesthouse for breakfast.

I noticed that Sara has the same pandora birth stone ring as me on the same finger on the same hand which was spooky as i don't see anyone else with it! We all sat down in the breakfast and ordered our food. I got eggs on toast with bacon and pineapple juice with tea which was pretty tasty but couldn't finish it all as i didn't have an appetite. We spoke about boys and jobs back home before heading back up to their room to grab towels for the beach.

As we were walking back down the steps and onto the road i saw daniel sitting in the cafe dead opposite so said hi and asked which way the beach was, to be civil. We then walked along through the streets until we got to the path running along the beach. There are so many cats everywhere on this island and they're all so friendly. You need to be careful where you walk as there are quite a few locals cycling and say "beep beep" when they are behind you trying to get passed. We walked passed lots of fish restaurants and fruit stalls as well as lots of diving places too.

We saw signs for long beach and heard it was nice to followed the path to where it is. The path took us to a more quieter, up market area of the island with resorts with swimming pools and nice looking bungalows but it didn't seem very busy. We went up and down slopes of cobbled path until we got to a small beach area with loads of big boulders on each side so decided to set up camp here.

We laid our towels out in the shade, as they were hungover and couldn't handle the harsh heat of the sun. I tried to get onto a swing that was tied to a tree but couldn't manage it without jumping and didn't want to look like an idiot so gave up. We sat chilling, talking about the usual things, hair, boys etc. it felt really nice to have some girl company as travelling with a boy makes you miss female conversation and presence in general. We stayed at the beach for a while and the tide went out very quickly and the boats that were once floating on top of the water were just sitting in sand and you had to walk out very far to get to the sea which looked very shallow anyway.

After a good few hours on the beach we decided to head back. We passed loads of kittens on the way and stopped to have a stroke and take photos. We went passed a diving place and the man working there struck up conversation with us so i took the liberty to ask him about diving with ear problems. I'm still a bit skeptical as to if i really want to do it or not.

We walked back to where they were staying as they needed a nap so i said bye to them and sara said she would message me later to see what i'm doing and i walked back in the sun to my room. Daniel wasn't in so i chilled out on my ipad for a while until he came back, in a bad mood. When it came to going back out again we had a fight over who would have the key. At first he said he would be staying in smoking and then decided he would go out and i wanted the key as i didn't want to be locked out when i got back in. This lead to a fight and i was screaming out of frustration and when daniel finally unblocked the door and let me out everyone was looking at me thinking "what the hell is happening there?" I was so angry and close to tears. When i started walking to sara's i bumped into Chantelle who was making her way to her room as she isn't working at woody's tonight as she feels a bit sick.

She sat me down and chatted with me to calm me down a bit. Daniel threatened leaving my ipad out of the room while i was gone which unnerved me so i went back to the room and Chantelle came with me so i could pack my stuff up. She offered to keep my stuff in her room. As i went back daniel snatched the key out and walked out of the room leaving me with no electricity. Chantelle guarded the door as i ran after him asking for the key back, he wouldn't give it until i was really persistent. Finally he gave it to me and i headed back. I packed all my clothes in my bag and put it into the wardrobe.

I thanked chantelle for her help and she introduced me to her boyfriend who plays with fire at woody's bar. He seems like a very sweet boy. She told me what room she was in and said i could pop by at any time which was really sweet of her so i gave her a hug and went to sara's room. When i got there i was shaking and sweating and was just happy to have some company. We left soon after to walk back to my room just to make sure everything was still where i put it, and there was no sign of Daniel. We went to a restaurant very close to my guesthouse for dinner.

My appetite had gone completely but i ordered a plate of fries to try and eat. I couldn't stomach more than a few so gave the rest to the girls as their meals hadn't filled them up much. After dinner they were going to the fire show but i decided to just go back to the room. When i got there Daniel was waiting outside with a beer. I Opened the door and we both went in. After faffing about on my ipad i ended up falling asleep.
