When we arrived in Vientienne we gfound a hotels pretty much straight away and checked in. We are only staying here one night as want to get to Vang Vieng for the tubing. Met up with all the guys from the horrific bus journey and went for some drinks then headed to bed pretty much straight away! Bus journey to Hue was uneventful and pretty short in the grand scheme of things. We found a hotel straight away, dumped our bags and had a wander round town. The bus dropped us right outside a hotel and we decided to go in as we were both so tired and cranky. We dropped our bags and went in search of food. The beach is about 2km away, and is nice apparently but as it was still quite windy we decided we'd try and find a hotel with a pool that we could sneak into. I absolutely love Hoi An!! Its exactly how i expected Vietnam to be. Nha Trang was a bit busy and just felt like Thailand again. So i am so glad we are here...
