After heading out of Norway into Sweden in the hope of finding finer, warmer weather and a cheaper cost of living we were disappointed to find not only was it as cold as Norway, but is was now raining! Well not to start with, it didn't start until the second day we were there. Sweden was a bit of a disappointment, most of the country we traveled through had logging either happening or in the recent past, it was also relatively flat, particularly after Norway. We traveled pretty much down the centre starting at Kiruna and heading down the E45 highway, we couldn't find too many back roads, but when we could we would take them. We went a little further south than Ostersund before heading west back in to Norway. It was unfortunate that we had so much rain as it didn't make stopping an attractive proposition and we tended just to keep on riding. The few places we did stop were very nice and the people more than friendly and willing to help. Once we have finished back in Norway we will be heading back into Sweden and hopefully this time the weather will be kinder.
