Kate Michael and Julie Ive just read the writeup in Australian Road Rider and then look at your blog. What an adventure! Ive travelled Aust extensively much of it my old bike (CB650Z), and also travelling overseas before ..I've wanted to do it on a bike (currently I ride a Hornet 900) you have given me incentive to have a fresh look at it again! Thank you!!
re: Mount Nasura, Western AustraliaJan Mac Your two homes are in this photo - the one in the ground, and the mobile one ; )
re: We Made It HomeJan Mac Yay! I was kind of correct. Interesting they think the local aboriginal people didn't eat the oysters. Is it too much of a stretch to wonder if the city of Adelaide was named after Eyre's wife? I'll have to look that one up.
re: Eyre's Well InfoJan Mac Typical and appealing Downunder country architecture. Is New Zealand "Downunder" too, though?
re: Cowell PubJan Mac I can see some dust/sand movement on the left by the wheel, so reckon it's moving, mum. A few other body-language clues too (and language language - huh?). Yeah, does look a lot for one horse!
