We had been told we needed to visit Granada and Sevilla, that they were two places with history and architecture. Granada had the Alhambra, a walled city dating back to the twelfth century with a remarkable palace and fortress to look at. We spent numerous hours looking around. We have now been in Spain for ten days and I have only just been able now to find time to do a blog, it's hard all this sight seeing and travel! When we left France we came through the Pyrénées and over Col d'Aubisque, a 1710 metre pass that they run the Tour de France over.
