So I just left my parents house about an hour ago and I'm heading back into Winnipeg for my last day before I leave on my big backpacking adventure with Meghan. I know I've left before for four months, but it was a different experience. Then I was only going to Iceland, a country I have a connection with. This time, however, I'm going all over Europe and will be visiting some places I have a connection with and others I have no connection with whatsoever. It is going to be quite the experience, that's for sure!
So the trip is planned out as follows:
1. Iceland
2. Amsterdam
3. France
4. Spain
5. Italy
6. Greece
7. Hungary
8. Croatia and Slovenia
9. Germany
10. Ireland
11. England
Then Meghan will head back home and I'll continue on to:
12. Poland
13. Romania
14. Ukraine
15. (probably) Sweden
16. Back to Iceland
17. Home
I can't believe it's only more day before we go! Meghan and I said almost four years ago that when we graduate we should go backpacking, and now we're going. We've been slowly planning our trip over the past number of months. It always seemed so far away and now it's come so quickly. It's crazy how fast time flies!
Anyways, like I said, it should be quite the adventure! So follow along over the next four months as its one adventure after another!
