Big day of exploring and shopping in Lucerne. Saw the old wooden bridge and some lovely churches. Walked out of the tourist area and managed to get a 3 course reasonably priced lunch - things have been quite expensive here. Shopping wise bought myself a great Swiss Army knife and also a cuckoo clock - couldn't resist! I'm probably going to have to buy a carry on bag for the flight home though now - I only brought a day backpack with me on the way over. Tomorrow...

Left Innsbruck this morning and stopped in Lichtenstein for lunch - one of the few places we were able to get our passports stamped! Then on to Lucerne for a few hours before we arrived in Giswil - the view from our hotel is amazing! The weather has been surprisingly warm - in the 20s - hardly even wearing a jumper - plus they overheat all the stores and hotels so we are constantly removing layers!
