On our final drive day to Amsterdam we visited a cheese and clogs barn. We saw a demonstration on how to make dutch cheese and we also saw a man make a wooden clog! Fascinating! It didn't take long for him to make it, however, I suspect it wouldv'e taken a very long time to make the one Scott is wearing in the photo (please excuse the quality. I forgot to take a photo with my phone for the blog so had to take a photo from the camera display)!
We wandered around the red light district last night. Wow! What a different world we were in! Our tour group went to a weed cafe, but you would be very proud to know that we were among the 8 from our group of 50 that avoided it and went home early on the bus. We must have been brought up well!
