This morning we walked to Manning Gorge, it was quite a long hot walk so luckily we left early. The first part of the walk involved crossing the river in a little boat that we pull across using a rope. The gorge and waterfall were beautiful and much taller than what the photos show. Another swim under the waterfall - a little colder this time though. More jumping off the rocks - even more fun than yesterday. Today Paddy jumped in for the first time into the deep water.
We stopped in at Galvin Gorge for a swim and a swing off the tarzan rope and then onto Barnett River Gorge for a swim in the "plunge pool" which is a really deep part of the river.
Set up camp at Drysdale Station for the night - the drive here was a little rougher than the rest.
