We arrived back in Sydney yesterday afternoon. Got the goon and beers in and got ready for a night out in Sydney. Went back to Brado's to meet Julia and went into town. Struggled getting in a few places but found somewhere in the end. Train station was closed for the way home so had to get a taxi home costing $60! Next day, made the most of the sun and went to coogee beach which was pretty nice and finally the water had started warming up. Went back to the same campsite for another night. Chilled evening with a film. Sunday was even hotter so we made our way to Bondi. Met up with Roxy and her friends and after a few hours of catching some rays we hired some boards. Adam and rich got body boards and I got a surf board for an hour. Waves were quite big which made paddling out quite challenging. After about 4 failed attempts at the start I managed to stand up on my first wave. Started getting the hang of it after that and stood up on several by the end. Back to the same campsite again for pizza and another chilled evening.
