We set off to find the metro which is abut 500m from camp but there is no lift. None of the trams is accessible so we return to site and Nick gets set up for a quiet day while Ali goes with Nick W and Grete to explore.

They use the tram to the centre to see a bit of the city and by some ham and a type of bread baked in a flowerpot to make sandwiches. Another tram brings them back close to the site.

We have a chat with another British couple Brian and Sylvia and give them some information on Vienna.

In the evening we go to the site's restaurant for dinner, choosing traditional Hungarian dishes. The bill for 4 of us having a main course and drink is less than £25. We meet another GB couple, John and Dee who live in Spain. After dinner we go to meet Josef in the office and buy tickets for the Hop On Hop Off buses for tomorrow.
