Our first flight leaves Kelowna at 7am... we fly to Vancouver and then Calgary before arriving in Heathrow. Gotta love those five in the morning wake up calls! Coffee!!!

That title needs a little explanation for sure! Let me start by saying that we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the USA which began with a (all too short) visit with my cousin John and Sandy. Having American cousins always makes for some good conversation when we get together. One of the stories they told us described the ingenuity and genuineness of the American people. As I write this last entry I sit in my home gazing out over the smoke filled Okanagan Valley. We began this journey going north through the smoky Chilcotin area of BC. Now that smoke has drifted down the province reminding us how fragile our earth The experience we had these past almost three weeks is difficult process. Yes I can blog about it but there is more to it than just words.I will always be so very grateful that the four of us shared the time together...
