During the night we pass through: Elma, Brereton Lake, Ophir, Winnitoba, Rice Lake, Copelands Landing, Malachi, Ottermere, Minaki, Redditt, Farlane, Canyon, Red lake Road, Richan and Sioux Lookout. Im up at 7:30 and off for another amazing breakfast of poached eggs, bacon, toast and coffee. I meet Kristen at breakfast who joined the train in Winnipeg. I also meet Winston and his wife (Melbourne) and spend the day working on my laptop organizing photos and backing up data in the sky car as the following places slip by: Savant Lookout, Flindt Landing, Allanwater Bridge, Collins, Armstrong, Mud River, Ferland, Auden, Nakina and Longlac. By the time we pass Longlac the train is almost 6hours late. By the time night falls we've passed Caramat and Hillsport, and make a 30 min stop in Hornepayne where its cold from the rain. For lunch today I had salad, an Angus beef burger, strawberry cheesecake and coffee. For dinner I had chicken soup, a crumbed chicken breast with veggies, chocolate caramel cake and coffee. The food onboard is fantastic!
