During the night the train passes through Viking and Wainwright. By 5:30 we're moving past Unity and I get up and chill in sky car where i meet Loretta and Len from Toronto. I spend a few hours researching Toronto and its surrounds before going for brunch in dining car (pancakes with maple syrup and bacon). After lunch I do some work on the laptop and meet Mike (St John's) and we talk for a few hours about Canada and Australia. After passing through Biggar we make a short stop in Saskatoon then its on to Winnipeg via Watrous, Melville ( stop), Rivers and Portage la Prairie. Wine tasting in sky car, Dinner with Alan, Alex and Ling (Steak, Veggies, mash, Yorkshire pudding & cake and coffee) movie - Skyfall. Bye to our attendants in Winnipeg as new crew boards.
