I was contemplating getting on the ferry to île du Cap aux Meules but it was fully booked for the next week and expensive for only a few days. I decide to give it a miss. This works out well as while I'm online I get a message from rocky and paula who i met on the ferry to Manitoulin Island a month ago and are now in St John (New Brunswick). We meet up later in the day. That night we find a great camping spot on a river bank.
