Left Glasgow by train at 8.30, had to run from Central Station to another one as we were in wrong place - certainly added some excitment to the day. Writing this at 4am in Paris on 29th - slept since 7pm last night. Keyboqrd is in French layout so it taking a long time to type. Arrived in London around 7am. Clean, green and felt like home except with great character buildings. Checked in early to a "smoking room" but it ok, had shower which was great. Walked to St Pancras.
