7th- 10thMarch

We decided to come across from Langkawi via Satun which meant we missed the border land crossing where there are potential problems still..

We stay over 1 night in Krabi with our next ferry booked for the mornng after shame really Krabi looked very nice..

Still travelling with Ivan & Cindy We say our goodbyes here as we are heading off different directions.. We are off to the south of the Island lovely quiet resort.. we are loaded into a pick up truck and head off down the dusty road... Actually very nice place next to a national park.. maybe some walking later..

First day out exploring oh yet another water fall Guess what Yep NO WATER but we did find the most amazing flock of eagles. As we climbed up the river bed above the waterfall.. We could see & hear them soaring in the skies above us!! WOW!! What a beautiful creature !! we lay on our backs enjoying their display much better than any waterfall... On our return we encounter 2 locals who are smoking out bees nest well me I way back up the river if I get stung it could put me in hospital ... eventually one ofthem comes to find us and happily present us with FRESH HONEYCOMB dripping in honey and bees!!! WOW it was beautiful!!!

Out on the bike again !! First part is getting offf the sandy road to the tarmac  After setting off mark is trying to hold down the frint wheel because of the gradient.. Well me I had enough Im off and walking I'll see you at the top in one piece!! Once on the descent surfaxce the rest of the day was cruising. We stopped at a  sea gypsy village Now there wasnt any banjo's there but man they were not happy to see us..!!

Moving on quickly!!We stop at the OLD Town still just called the OLD TOWN Now this was lovley..

We hed off back to south of Island and up into National Park.. again very steep and sandy cant make it too the top stop here walked a little way swam a little to wash of dust man that was dusty!!!

Next Stop Ko PHI PHI  Cant wait
