14th May Delhi Only in Delhi for 2 days before flying off for good ol Blighty. Well six months in India has been absoloutely wonderful. With an open mind we visit these countries. I will always remember India As a beautiful Diverse Country with many beautiful amazing people.. Many, Many poeple we have met have warmed the hearts of both of us!! 3rd - 11th May Nainital Yet another hill station before hitting Delhi our last destination before heading home.. Nainital has beautiful lake but first impression was not as great as mussoorie which would have been hard... !!! We did meet a lovely guy on the train last night Ali short for Arvind. 29th - 3rd May Mussorie. Another breather from the incredible heat now in the cities. A hill station which sits at 2992mtrs so nice cool nights windows open and able to sleep. sounds like heaven it sure was!!! Until I awake at 05:30 to the noise of a carrier bag rusttling, as I put on the light a Monkey brings his head out of the bag bearing his teeth and looking very agressive.. Mark is still in sleep land until I awake him shouting "monkey monkey" ...

The Golden Temple... Well for me no person should visit India with out seeing this beautiful place, I rate it actually higher than The Taj Mahal as a must see..... We were there for sunrise with only a handful of others, we seated ourselves ready for the perfect photo and guess what, I reckon we got it!!!! The temple is open to all and for free, no-one ask for money.. You must leave shoes behind and walk through the foot bath before entering. Man & women ...

18th - 21st Varanasi A 16hr bus journey bought us here, this bus driver was very good and seemed quite safe...which made for a nicer journey although very hot.. 42c most days now!!! As for Varanasi, is was a pleasant surprise our first walk along the River Ganges took us past many of the famous Ghats.. We sat with locals enjoyed chai. Left our real adenture for tomorrow... Up early of to see sunrise.. We had local boatman who took us up river past all the ghat...
