Damn I just missed the 2007 Americas Cup, but the boats were still there. Valencia has nothing to offer as far as I am concerned. The city is not even focused around the water. The waterfront is pretty bland, but hey they did host the Americas cup. I am sure Valencia would have been fun then, but I will not put this place on the list to visit again.

It was pretty funny riding around the boats etc, it was like someone just threw this huge party and then left. I was seeing the aftermath...very strange feeling to be in a ghost town with trash and reminants of the past lying around.
