Okay so there I was traveling along, and the road changes....no lines, no shoulder no signs whatsoever. And then field and fields of cows and trees for miles. Once in a while I run into a lone roadworker with his car parked in the middle of the road working on something...I just go around and get a strange look....well yes it was the right road but this is the back woods of Portugal and this is how they build a road! It was pretty creepy there for a little while though wondering if I was going to fall of the end of the world or something.
