Well the bus trip must have really taken it out of us as we slept in till 11am today!!!

Once up you can't move fast around here as you end up like a wet sponge in about 2 minutes, the humidity is phenomonal it hits you as soon as you leave a lovely air conditioned building!!

We had a slow walk on the Esplanade today and had great views of the Arafura Sea before wondering around the streets of Darwin. We hit the pool mid afternoon to cool down and refresh before heading to Aquascene for the fish feeding.

Here you can feed the native fish and learn about them at high tide when they naturally head in to the shore. There were Milkfish, Batfish,Catfish, Barramundi and Stingrays plus heaps of others. It was real good fun and worth it although it was 38 degrees!!!!

Mel managed to get bit by a fish I think she must taste like stale bread!!!!!
