Well after Ged's lovely compliment here I am again.
We have spent today in Stanley Park which is huge (404 hectares) now I smile to myself writing that as I have no idea what a hectare is I thought it was a dog who had a house!!!!
Anyway I digress, we walked around the rose garden which was beautiful as everything was just coming into bloom and the smell was wonderful. We wondered over to the totem poles and stopped off for a lovely lunch surrounded by beautiful scenery.
We wondered down by the harbour and found the statue of "the girl in the wet suit" which was a blatent rip off of the little mermaid in Copenhagen but nice all the same.
We then took the free trolley around the park to the prospect point and lighthouse and then it followed the harbour right around the park.
Our time in the park took up most of the day we are back at the hostel now chilling for a bit as we are going out tonight with some friends we made on our journey through the rockies, we all move on tomorrow so this is our final fling together which should be good.
Hope you are enjoying the photos we are having a great time and it is our 2 month anniversary tomorrow!!!
Take care
Lots of love
M & M
